PRAYER POINTS 

Come before the Lord worshiping Him and thanking God for all He’s done for you. 

Today’s prayer is focused the Apostle Paul’s prayer from 2 Thessalonians 3.

“1 Friends, pray for us that the Lord's message may continue to spread rapidly and be received with honor ... 2 Pray also that God will rescue us from wicked and evil people; for not everyone believes the message. 3 But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and keep you safe from the Evil One. 5 May the Lord lead you into a greater understanding of God's love and the endurance that is given by Christ. 16 May the Lord Himself, who is our source of peace, give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with you all." (2 Thessalonians 3:1-3,5,16, GN)

Pray these prayer points over your life by faith from the above Scripture.

1. PRAY FOR GOD’S PROTECTION & DELIVERANCE

“Pray that God will rescue us from wicked and evil people … and keep you safe from the Evil One” (vs. 2a, 3b)

2. PRAY FOR GOD’S STRENGTH IN EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE

“But the Lord is faithful and He will strengthen you” (vs. 3)

Specifically, ask God for physical strength & healing, mental strength, emotional strength, financial strength, relationship strength, vocational strength

3. PRAY FOR WISDOM & KNOWLEDGE. ASK GOD TO SHOW YOU WHAT TO DO & GIVE YOU THE DESIRE & THE POWER TO ACTUALLY DO IT.

“May the Lord lead you into a greater understanding of God's love and the endurance that is given by Christ” (vs.5)

4. PRAY FOR GOD’S PEACE

“May the Lord Himself, who is our source of peace, give you peace at all times and in every way” (vs.16a)

Pray specifically for: Spiritual Peace – peace with God | Emotional Peace – peace of God | Relational Peace – peace with one another | National Peace – peace for our nation & those in authority

5. PRAY FOR GOD’S PRESENCE & HELP

“May the Lord be with you all” (vs. 16b)
