GOD'S LOVE ALWAYS PROTECTS ME – Part 2

UNDERSTANDING GOD’S UNSTOPPABLE LOVE series

March 14, 2021 – Mike Prah

“I pray… you be able to FEEL and UNDERSTAND how long, how wide, how deep, and how high His love really is; and to EXPERIENCE this love for yourselves.”  Ephesians 3:17-19 (LB)

“We KNOW and RELY on the love God has for us. GOD IS LOVE. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.” 1 John 4:16 (NIV)

“I am the good shepherd.  The good shepherd is willing to die for the sheep.”  John 10:11 (GN)

“The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.”  Psalm 23:1 (KJV)

I can have no wants because…

 1. GOD KNOWS ME AND HE STILL LOVES ME!

“I am the good shepherd; I know My sheep and My sheep know Me” John 10:14 (NIV)

“He [God] is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you.”  1 Peter 5:7 (LB)

 2. GOD’S LOVE ALWAYS   ME

“My only hope is Your love and faithfulness … for problems far too big for me to solve are piled higher than my head.”  Psalm 40:11-12 (LB)

“The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemies before you” Deuteronomy 33:27 (NIV)

“If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.” Psalm 91:9-10,8 (NIV)

“[God’s] love always PROTECTS, always trusts, always, hopes, always, perseveres.”’ 1 Corinthians 13:7 (NIV)

“Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.” Proverbs 10:12 (NIV)

“Though we are slaves, our God has not forsaken us in our bondage. He has shown us kindness … He has granted us new life to rebuild the house of our God and repair its ruins, and He has given us a wall of protection” Ezra 9:9 (NIV)

"A father to the fatherless, defender of widows, this is God, whose dwelling is holy." Psalm 68:5 (NLT)

“Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.” Romans 8:35, 37 (NLT)

“I am convinced that NOTHING can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39 (NLT)

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THIS AMAZING LOVE!

REFILL YOURSELF WITH GOD’S LOVE, DAILY.

Jesus: “I have loved you even as the Father has loved Me.  Now, live within My love.”  John 15:9 (LB/NLT)
