3 TRUTHS ABOUT GOD’S DREAMS/PLANS

•  God’s Dreams/Plans For Your Life Is Far Bigger And More Important Than Your Dream.

“God can do anything -- far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request or dream in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working gently within us.”  Ephesians 3:20 (MSG)

•  When You Follow God’s Dream/Plans, He Arranges The Circumstances To Make It Happen

 "I have put an open door before you, which no one can close." Revelation 3:8 (NCV)

•  I Have To Have the Courage To Walk Through God’s Open Door.

 “Be strong and very COURAGEOUS. Be careful to OBEY all the law my servant Moses gave you … Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for I, the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:7-9 (NIV/GN)

 THIS WEEK’S MESSAGE:

 REASONS I MUST KNOW/PURSUE/ CHASE AFTER GOD’S DREAM FOR MY LIFE!

4.  GOD’S DREAM KEEPS ME  

 “Moses said to the Israelites, “The Lord has chosen Bezalel, the son of Uri … God has filled him with His power and given him skill, ability, and understanding for every kind of artistic work, for planning skillful designs and working them in gold, silver, and bronze; for cutting jewels to be set; for carving wood; and for every other kind of artistic work. The Lord has given to him and to Oholiab son of Ahisamach … the ability to teach their crafts to others. He has given them skill in all kinds of work done by engravers, designers, and weavers of fine linen .. They are able to do all kinds of work and are skillful designers.” Exodus 35:30-35 (GN)

 Paul: “I know that I am not YET what God wants me to be. I haven’t reached that goal, but I keep moving toward it to make it mine because Christ made me and saved me for this.  I know that I haven’t yet reached my goal, but there’s one thing I always do. Forgetting the past and straining toward what is ahead, I keep my eyes focused on the goal so that I may one day win the prize that God has called me to receive through Christ in the life above. All of you who are spiritually mature should think this same way.”  Philippians 3:12-15

  5. GOD’S DREAM FOCUSES MY  

 “I run straight to the goal with purpose in every step. I fight to win. I’m not like some boxer punching the air or playing around.”  1 Corinthians 9:26 (LB)

  7. A DREAM KEEPS ME GOING IN  

 ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’” Matthew 25:21 (NIV)

 Job: “I do not have the strength to endure. I do not have a goal that encourages me to carry on.”  Job 6:11 (NLT96)
